This script (/wsurvey/wsEmail/wsEmailParametersConfig.php) is part of wsEmail, and can not be run out of order (3). You can Logon to wsEmail
| wsEmail_smtpLibrary |
Which SMTP library to use. You can choose either PEAR or SWIFT The PEAR library was used by earlier versions of wsEmail to support SMTP. However, PEAR is no longer supported (or no longer supported in an easily accessible fashion). Thus, newer versions of wsEmail also support the use of the SWIFT library. While PEAR has a few advantages (such as more complete status reporting), it has more disadvantages. For example, it is hard to install (the site has to support it, you can't install it yourself). More importantly, it tends to report non-existent errors. Thus: we strongly recommed using SWIFT! |

| hdrMysql |
Prefix used for mysql databases (on this server). Example: wsurvey_
Many sites, that give you mysql access, will append a prefix to database table names. Your site administator should be able to tell you what this is.
Basically: this value will be prepended to the names of ALL wsEmail databases. Thus, if hdrMysql=myDBS_, a databse of wsEmails would be stored as myDBS_wsEmails |
| emailsDatabaseName |
Name to use for the wsEmails database. Example: wsemail You can use any name you wish. In fact, if you want to reset the wsEmail database (which effectively empties your inbox, outbox, trashcan, etc); you can change this value! The old database will still exist, so you could go back to the prior stuff (i.e.; restore the inbox, outbox, etc). This can also be useful if you are testing your email, and don't want to clutter your email storage with testing junk. |
| homeTZ |
Home time zone (used in date_default_timezone_set) Example: America/New_York This is used to compute local times, which are used in a number of different places. Look here for information on homeTZ see (acceptable TZ values) |
| wsurveyAdmin |
Administrator name for mysql databases (on this server). Example: wsurveyAdmin
This is a value that depends on your site. Your site administrator should be able to tell you this value (as well as the value to use for wsurveyAdminPwd).
|
| wsurveyAdminPwd |
Password to access mysql databases (on this server). Example: admin
This is a value that depends on your site. Your site administrator should be able to tell you this value (as well as the value to use for wsurveyAdmin).
|
| doDebug |
Set to 1 to enter debug mode. This is rarely used! We recommend setting this to 0. |
| maxMemoryUse |
Memory (in mega bytes) to allcoate to php. Greater amounts of memory will avoid overload problems, but might be a problem if a problem is encountered (your server load may spike). |
